AURORA ENERGY & STORAGE Summit 2026 Brazil

BiLi Eventos e Projetos organized Aurora Energy Research’s first convention in Latin America, held on September 1, 2026, at the Renaissance Hotel in São Paulo.

AThe gathering brought together over 150 market leaders—including experts, executives, and authorities from the power sector—to discuss the future of renewable energy and storage in the country. The convention underscored Brazil's strategic importance to Aurora Energy Research, highlighting the country's global scale, competitive energy landscape, and leadership in the energy transition. BiLi Eventos handled the project's executive coordination in partnership with Aurora Energy Research’s events team, focusing on operational efficiency, institutional alignment, and an excellent attendee experience. Key deliverables included:

Supplier mapping, contracting, and management
- Stage setup and venue styling
- Catering management
- Organization and distribution of badges and giveaways
- Coordination of projection, sound, photography, and videography
- End-to-end management of all event stages—from hotel negotiations to final accounting, including supplier selection, contract adjustments, creation of the group service manual, photography and filming schedules, giveaway suggestions, and payment settlements.

The result was an event that generated positive impact both nationally and internationally, reinforcing BiLi Eventos' capability to collaborate with corporate events teams to deliver excellence and a high level of organization.
